About Dee Ann:

I am a proud Colorado native, I grew up in beautiful Boulder Colorado. I love Colorado because it is such an amazing place to live and has so much to offer everyone. I am also a proud mother of two wonderful kids, daughter 21 and son 16, my husband (Marine Veteran) Tim and his girls, who are 19 and 24. My family is my  strength and my world. We love to be outdoors and enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, boating, skiing and biking. I have always loved to play sports and always enjoy playing tennis, golf, volleyball, riding horses, pickleball, cornhole and bowling.

I pride myself as being an agent who is an expert in this local area. Thus bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. I have had the pleasure of helping home buyer's and seller's across the front range since 1998 and I love helping buyer's and seller's make their dreams become a reality.  I am always improving myself and my career by attending classes year round to best advocated for my clients with the highest level of service and knowledge, which has blessed me with repeat clients and referrals over the years. In January 2023 I completed my 3 year course to obtain my GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute). 2024 marks my 26th year in my real estate career, and I am looking forward to many more wonderful years to serve my beautiful community.  So...Whether you are buying, selling, investing or relocating, I am committed to be there by your side with honesty, support, guidance and care through the whole process...and I am always there to listen to your needs.
